Reporting to the Manager of Direct Marketing Automation, this position will assist in the development, deployment and management of all outbound marketing programs. S/he will be adept in turning marketing requirements into personal, measurable experiences for millions. Responsibilities include Adobe Campaign management (Neolane), Email Execution, Campaign Testing, Reporting and Analysis, Database Marketing and Project Management.
Duties include:
•Work with Marketing Project Managers to turn campaign requirements, content and creative into personal and measurable marketing campaigns via Adobe Campaign.
•Manage marketing system infrastructure, including successful implementation, management and daily operations of Adobe Campaign
•Work with IT personnel to develop and execute processes and procedures that ensure data integration and consistency.
• Manage score strategy and implementation
• Ensure effective use of marketing automation and Salesforce tools for digital engagement work.
• Improve effectiveness of marketing programs through better data, better targeting, and better user experience design across digital channels
QUALIFICATIONS:
• A Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience required.
• 3 years related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Extensive knowledge/understanding/experience with marketing automation and email, preferably Adobe Campaign (Neolane). Marketo, Pardot, Hubspot, Eloqua, Unica, Aprimo
• Data savvy, working understanding of database architecture and queries.
• Resourceful with the ability to create within the constraints of a marketing automation ecosystem.
• Detail orientated with problem-solving abilities.
•Strong organization, time and project management skills and multi-tasking abilities.
