Business Analyst/Program Manager (Change Management) needed for long term project work for direct client project. Client is Fortune 500, growing and stable.
**Local candidates with Local experience preferred due to in person interviewing.
Responsibilities:
• Interact with business subject matter experts (SMEs), Product Managers, and Program Managers for Digital Change Management.
• Focus on continuous Change Management improvement through process analysis and provide recommendations to the Program Management Office.
• Articulate user requirements, system requirements, reporting / metrics requirements, use cases, narratives, etc. Become an SME of Change Management through exposure from the programs.
• Clarify requirements as needed during design, development, and test cycles.
• Work with business and IT groups during the throughout all project phases development lifecycle to ensure what is changed meets program objectives.
• Analyze business requirements from stakeholders and document requirements using industry standard methodologies.
• Suggest phases for program implementation based upon business value.
Required Skills/Experience:
• 8+ years' experience with Change Management. 1+year Digital Change Management Experience.
• Ability to quickly grasp business needs and issues, and is comfortable interpreting meaning and relevance.
• Analyze internal and external data to develop long term trend views (historic and forecast) which supports strategic decision making.
• Participation in Business Requirement Functional Specification writing and review.
• Strong Data Analytical and Problem solving skills with proven abilities to deliver complex analyses. Relevancy analysis, Acute attention to Detail Critical.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work and complete projects independently in a dynamic fast-paced environment, but can work in a team environment as well as ability to perform qualitative and quantitative analysis.
• Fluent in Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.
• Perform qualitative and quantitative analysis
• Ability to articulate short-term (quick wins) and longer-term solutions.
