Technical Project Manager needed for long term consulting work. Client Company is stable, public, growing.

We are looking for a highly motivated, Technical Project Manager to join our team. This role requires an excellent understanding of high-volume customer facing web applications with extensive experience mapping business requirements, to technical specifications, developing functional specifications, and creating and managing.
Responsibilities:
- Senior Liaison between Product Management, Engineering and Business teams
- Drives and champions the business product vision, epics and user stories
- Helps drive Agile Scrum Meetings
- Responsible for co-creating BRDs, Functional Specifications, and other technical documents when needed
- Assists Engineering Project Manager in cross-functional communication and acts as the "glue" across teams.
- Ability to review/design Engineering Plot Diagrams
Required Experience :
- eCommerce with focus initiatives in the mobile, transactions, payments space.
- 8+ years of Technical experience, including Programming/Codding, Agile methodology.
- 5+ recent years Technical Project Manager experience.
- 5+ years of full life cycle web transaction flow development projects.
- Proven history of successful Agile Scrum Delivery and tactical implementation.
- Scrum Agile Experience (CSM)
- Ability to work Independently and be Aggressive when gathering requirements, information, etc
-Ability to work with Cross Functional Teams, take direction from Engineering Managers/Leads
