ETL Programmer/Analyst needed for long term project work for Fortune 500 Client Company. Client Company is stable, public, and growing.
**Due to the nature of the interview process, local candidates with local experience only please (Local = San Francisco Bay Area)
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for working with analytics and product team for requirements gathering and analysis.
- Build scalable ETLs modules and semantic layer aggregates.
- Perform ad-hoc reporting by working independently.
- Benchmark application performance periodically and fix performance issues
- Design and build new dimensional data models and schema designs to improve accessibility, efficiency, and quality of data.
Required Skills Experience:
- Experience with design and development of Informatica, or similar ETL Process and Tool
- Fluent in writing Advance SQLs
- Must have experience in development of unix shell scripts
- Data modeling experience in building Logical and Physical data model
- Experience in building Tableau Dashboard/Business Objects
- Excellent troubleshooting skills to identify and fix issues quickly
- Experience in Performance tuning of SQL queries
Preferred Skills Experience:
- Experience with Hadoop Cassandra
- Experience in programming (Python, Java)
- Experience developing automated test scripts
