We are looking for a seasoned Services Sales Executive to cover our North American Mid-Law segment. This individual will be responsible for presenting, selling, and quoting our 3E Cloud implementation services created by legal experts for legal professionals. 3E Cloud is built on the Microsoft® cloud platform to lower IT and infrastructure costs, meet security requirements and provide scalability that empowers firm growth.

About the Role:
In this opportunity as the Services Sales Executive you will:

Work should-to-shoulder with 3E Sellers and Pre-Sellers on every 3E deal cycle
Lead/assist with 3E project scoping exercises. Ensure a thorough scoping is completed to develop a comprehensive SOW, with a goal to deliver accurate, predictable, initial scoping and in clear customer expectations.
Help establish a best-in-class client experience with an emphasis on a guiding customer decision making and competitive differentiation
Educate the sellers on new services offerings or changes in existing packages
Produce an initial SOW estimate for 3E Services and iterate the estimate throughout the sales process
Develop a deep understanding of the Services product offerings, customer needs and competitive landscape
Pitch and maintain the TR Services Value Proposition (slides and messaging) to 3E prospects. Continuously evolve the message in tandem with Services team direction
Facilitate additional Services SMEs into customer conversations/scoping process as needed
Act as main liaison between Sales and Services. Maintain strong bidirectional feedback with Services team
Provide regular reporting of pipeline and forecast using Salesforce and other tools
Exceed monthly quota targets while developing and building a strong customer base

About You:
You're a fit for the role of Services Sales Executive if you have:

5+ years of hands-on implementation experience and/or professional services leadership
'Go getter' mentality with energy to deliver new ways of doing business through creative problem solving
Ability to thrive in a fast paced and high growth business environment
Excellent communication (written, oral) and presentation skills (in-person, virtual)
Excellent organizational, prioritization, and time management skills
Skilled at influencing others, both externally and internally

Positive attitude: enthusiasm, energy, passion, curiosity. Open and adaptable to change
Commitment to People: professional, courteous, respectful and friendly
Are able to work from a home office with occasional customer/internal travel 10-20%
