Web Content/Production Developer needed for a long term project for a direct client project. Client is stable, growing, public.


Job Summary:


The primary responsibilities of this role include:
�Building marketing assets and product launch pages by transforming Photoshop comps from our Client�s Design team into the mobile environment, using existing templates and new markdown layouts styled with CSS-like style sheets.
�Working with the greater business team, delivering code that integrates easily into the content publishing environment.
�Interfacing with the Mobile Engineering team to learn and help establish best practices, maintaining staging environment layouts and CSS using Subversion.
�Communicating with cross-functional teams, understanding and refining user interface requirements, and clearly documenting the development process.


This position requires individuals who are self-motivated and comfortable dealing with ambiguity. We are a fun and hard-working team, looking for an organized, detail-oriented person to work on highly visible web pages.


Qualifications:
�Strong HTML and CSS skills � experience with CSS3 or mobile development is a plus
�Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop
�Ability to work efficiently under incredibly tight timelines and to meet deadlines without sacrificing quality
�Exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize work
�Adeptness at troubleshooting and quickly fixing development bugs
�Strong teamwork and communication skills
�Eagerness to learn and grow as the mobile platform matures
�Incredible eye for detail
�Passion for creating a great user experience and interaction
�Understanding of performance and page weight optimization
�Comprehension of the challenges of localizing/translating large-scale sites
�Experience with content management systems and Subversion or similar file management systems
�Minimum 3 years of experience in developing code for large-scale websites
�B.S. / B.A. degree or equivalent work experience
