Please direct your responses to: Frivera@otmcorp.com<br /><br /> Change Management Analyst needed for long term project work for Fortune 500 Client Company.<br /><br /> Client Company is stable, public, and growing.<br /><br /> **Due to the nature of the interview process, local candidates with local experience only please<br /><br /> (Local = San Francisco Bay Area)<br /><br /> RESPONSIBILITIES:<br /><br /> - Support multiple product teams through Client Company's New Product Process (NPP)<br /><br /> - Critical member of the product development team that interfaces directly with Client<br /><br /> Company's internal as well as external outsourcing partners as required.<br /><br /> - Provide clear input to the project team on schedule, issues & deliverables related to documentation.<br /><br /> - Structure BOMs, provide analysis on changes, route & follow up on ECOs for quick turnaround.<br /><br /> Work closely with operations support teams and regional counterparts.<br /><br /> - Drive best practices through documentation control policies and procedures across functions.<br /><br /> - Program manage multiple tasks, lead cross functional peers and report status to management on project deliverables.<br /><br /> - Ensure released policies are adhered to<br /><br /> - Manage Marketing Part Numbers (MPNs) and product configurations related to hardware configuration codes<br /><br /> - Off-hour support required via e-mail and phone<br /><br /> - Work on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation<br /><br /> - Demonstrate good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions<br /><br /> - Interact with senior internal and external personnel<br /><br /> EXPERIENCE:<br /><br /> - 5-10 years of Change Management experience working with cross- functional teams such as Engineering and Operations.<br /><br /> - Experience with PDM/PLM tools, Agile experience is preferred but not required<br /><br /> - Experience with ERP tools, SAP experience is preferred but not require<br /><br /> - Expertise in documentation control and change management best practices<br /><br /> - Uses skills as a seasoned, experienced professional with a full understanding of industry practices and company policies and procedures.<br /><br /> - Resolves a wide range of issues in imaginative as well as practical ways<br /><br /> - Works well with little instruction on a day to day basis<br /><br /> OTM Software Professionals is a locally owned and operated company in the Silicon Valley working on the hottest projects.
