Senior UI/UX Designer needed for a long term project. Direct Client Project.

OTM is looking for a Sr. UI/UX Designer for a long term project for large scale Mobile Application Products. The Designer will have a solid combination of experience and education that enables him/her to create and design a unique, visually aesthetic, and functional enterprise mobile interfaces. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, reliable, detailed, and driven to produce high quality work. This individual must thrive in a challenging environment and must be willing to work diligently.

Responsibilities:

- Participate in concept development, design ideation, and detailed specification of visual designs for user interfaces of the future and existing innovations, prototypes, demos and reviews.

- Successfully communicate conceptual ideas, design rationale and the specifics of user centered design process.

- Produce design specifications, storyboards, scenarios, design prototypes, templates and states. Create visual designs and user Interface design that address business, brand, market, and user requirements, including design and production of interface elements.

- Collaborate with business, functional and technical team members to refine the user experience.

- Work with web developers to deliver the final product.

Requirements/Qualifications:

- Education and experience: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Information Design, Digital Media Design or other visual arts.

- 8 + Years' experience as a key member of a User Interface team participating in the complete product development lifecycle of several successfully launched web and/or software applications 2+ years with Mobile UI/UX design.

- Skills: Creative skills: looking for strong design skills including screen layouts, information design, and typography, and must have understanding of user-centered design principles and a great eye for detail. Able to develop new approaches to complex design problems and can convey ideas into tangible form. We require a portfolio to be submitted with your application.

- Communication skills: Candidates must able to collaborate effectively with others in a cross-functional team, and be able to rationalize and present their design ideas and decisions effectively. Must be able to prioritize and manage work to adhere to critical project timelines in a fast-paced environment

- Technical skills: Nice to be fluent in various relevant tools and similar graphics/user interface design team software. Must have solid grasp of graphic and web design principles and good understanding of current web technologies (X) HTML, JavaScript and CSS.

- Good listener, ability to listen keenly and adapt ideas, coming up with multiple concepts and clearly articulating the tradeoffs of each concept and getting buy-in from all stakeholders.

- Excellent delivery and execution skills, must deliver prototypes, final mock-ups in a timely manner and resolve dependencies and conflicts.
