Encore Fellowships provide paid, transitional engagements in non-profit organizations. Encore Fellowships are available for those considering retirement, with 20+ years of progressive work experience, who wish to move to the social impact sector for their second act. The Encore Fellows program is committed to building a diverse talent pool.

A Bay Area nonprofit focused on justice rights needs a Financial Management Fellow. 100% remote. SF Bay
area candidates preferred but other qualified professionals considered.

Responsibilities in Financial Management include:
- Manage financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
- Manage grant reporting and fiscal compliance
- Support Director of Finance and supervise finance team
- Prepare financial reports for internal and external stakeholders
- Assist in fiscal risk management
A stipend of $25K for 1000 hours, with the possibility of extension, 20 hours a week for 12 months.
