Symmetricom is seeking an Engineering Services Manager that will touch all aspects of design where we combine atomic physics with networking in a thrilling design environment. The candidate will manage a variety of engineering services functions that would include drafting, PCB, mechanical, simulation, library, and bug tracking tools. Candidate will be expected to budget, set up, maintain, and train on all design support tools. Candidate must have direct experience with board level simulation, thermal, CAD, regulatory, and HDL software tools. Candidate must have a "support and service" passion to be at vortex of engineering development with aggressive schedules and challenging quality objectives. Candidate will manage, develop, and evaluate personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the engineering services function. We expect a candidate that can take us to the next level in a next generation design environment.


Essential qualifications:
BA/BS with 5-7 years of related experience
US Citizen or Permanent Resident

Desired qualifications:
MA/MS/MBA with 2-4 years of related experience
