Business Analyst/Integrated Marketing Strategy Operations
The Sage Group is looking for a Business Analyst for our client in Palo Alto to be responsible for analyzing marketing effectiveness and tracking key performance metrics. The Business Analyst will be instrumental in helping the Global Marketing organization to understand and forecast the lead-opportunity-bookings waterfall at the product level. To meet this objective, the Business Analyst will need to understand the complexities of our client's business as well as broad product offerings, and work to develop analytic/predictive models.
Responsibilities:
Analyze, synthesize and track a wide range of data inputs, including campaigns, leads, opportunities and bookings data
Analyze and forecast the end-to-end marketing funnel (lead-opportunity-bookings)
Prepare, update and automate dashboards and reports for Global Marketing stakeholders
Support Global Campaigns team and collaborate with stakeholders in Global Marketing for process integration
Qualifications:
3-5 years of marketing and analytics experience
College degree in a related area of study such as Quantitative Marketing, Finance or Statistics
Proven ability to analyze and synthesize big data to deliver strategic recommendations
Experience in analyzing, tracking and forecasting the end-to-end marketing funnel for a mature software company
Adept with Tableau, R programming language and Python
Proficient with Excel, VBA programming and statistical modeling
Strong oral and writing skills to communicate effectively with different audiences
Ability to build relationships across the organization and to think "outside the box"
Embodies the work ethic and personality that thrives in a fast-paced
Length: 6 Months with high possibility of extending longer
Location: Palo Alto, CA – Onsite M-F
Start: ASAP
