Program Manager needed for a long term (1+ year) consulting project at Client Company. Client is growing, stable, public, etc. **Local candidates with local experience preferred (Local = San Francisco Bay Area)*
Summary: Program Manager needed to train/support/coach users on several Enterprise Level IT Apps for Collaboration, Education, Instant Messaging, etc. (Productivity Tools)
Primary Responsibilities:
- Responding to user posts/discussions via User Voice feedback in a timely manner
- Provide 1:1 coaching as necessary, lead virtual or in-person training sessions, responding to user requests and questions, and develop clear user documentation/instructions as necessary
- Support working with the Business Unit and IT to report/test/track/resolve open issues and enhancement requests for client's instance and integrated services (Meeting Center and IM).
- Provide Level 1 Admin support services including configuring new user accounts.
Required Skills/Experience:

- 8+ years of Program Management, Training, Business Analysis
- Ability to work independently
- Excellent Communication Skills (Verbal, Written)
- Excellent MS Office Experience
- Previous Cisco Productivity Tool Experience
