Change Management Analyst needed for long term project work for Fortune 500 Client Company.
Client Company is stable, public, and growing.
**Due to the nature of the interview process, local candidates with local experience only please (Local = San Francisco Bay Area)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Support Document Review Team to keep written policies, procedures, and wikis up to date.
Support Agile Training team to help develop self-paced training videos.
Support multiple product teams through Client Company's New Product Process (NPP)
Provide clear input to the project team on schedule, issues deliverables related to documentation.
Work closely with operations support teams and regional counterparts.
Drive best practices through documentation control policies and procedures across functions.
Program manage multiple tasks, lead cross functional peers and report status to management on project deliverables.
Ensure released policies are adhered to
Off-hour support required via e-mail and phone
Work on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation
Demonstrate good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions
Interact with senior internal and external personnel
Required Experience:
Experience with PDM/PLM tools, Agile experience is preferred but not required
Experience with ERP tools, SAP experience is preferred but not required
Knowledge in documentation control and change management best practices
Experience with Video Editing tools is preferred but not required
Experience in Tech Writing, modifying policies procedures, is preferred but not required
Uses skills as a seasoned, experienced professional with a full understanding of industry practices and company policies and procedures.
Resolves a wide range of issues in imaginative as well as practical ways
Works well with little instruction on a day to day basis
