Equity Search Partners has been retained to find an outstanding Chief Architect for an innovative, VC-backed mobile health startup in Palo Alto (right near Caltrain).
Our client and their partners have the potential to really make a profound difference in the lives of millions of people battling the epidemic that is diabetes. The company is developing a highly scalable platform to let diabetics more easily track and better understand their blood glucose readings in context with what they eat, their meds and their exercise. The platform allows sharing of this data with healthcare providers.
This is a Director-level position with regards to responsibilities and compensation. A strong background in software engineering is definitely required, but we are looking for someone who has been moving towards, or is already in, more of an Architect role.
Healthcare experience is not necessary. It's much more important to have a strong software development / architecture background in mobile, SaaS, cloud and scalable platforms.
If this sounds interesting to you, I would love to have a quick phone conversation.
If this doesn't look like quite the right position for you, we would greatly appreciate pointers to people you really respect, think are qualified for this role and believe might be interested in hearing about it. They will be thanking you for a long time to come. Thanks!
Best regards,
Web
