Connext Services is AMF Media Group's marketing communications consulting division. We connect clients with rock star independent consultants to work on projects with tech companies.

Job Duties:

In this role, you will work closely with consultants and clients alike.

Your primary responsibility is fulfilling project needs for clients. This includes researching and identifying consultants with the right expertise and introducing them to the client while highlighting both hard and soft skills.

You will also:

• Research and source consultant candidates from our CRM and LinkedIn

• Screen, negotiate, and manage new business opportunities

• Establish relationships with clients, generating new projects and expanding business into different groups/departments within a client company

• Present selected consultants to the client, facilitate interviews, meetings, final selection

• Manage multiple projects ensuring active projects continue smoothly throughout the engagement

• Work toward a 60% conversion (success, booking, win) rate of existing projects

• Update and adhere to the Project Engagement Lifecycle during each project. This includes project management, policies, process and systems

Experience Needed:

• Naturally a do-er and figure-it-out-er

• Extremely detail-oriented and organized with a sense of urgency and drive

• Innately relationship/service-oriented, confident leading conversations and presenting

• Skilled at writing and a professional and concise communicator

• Someone who likes to work hard and play hard—we do great work, kick off our shoes, and laugh a lot too!

• A college graduate with 3-10 years of relevant work experience

• Looking to join a high performing team where you can grow some roots
