We are seeking a Content Manager to join our team. In this role, you'll work directly in the client's Global Content Marketing Team to manage the content process and craft short and long-form content for the website, blogs, and more. You'll use clear, approachable, and conversational language to distill complex topics and inspire readers to take action.
The ideal candidate has a strong content creation and optimization background, with excellent writing skills. This is a salaried position with benefits, for a remote worker within the U.S. or Canada.
What you will do:
Manage the content lifecycle process
Write meaningful and persuasive content for our client's website, blog, growth landing pages, and more, using your knowledge of SEO best practices for copywriting
Become a content authority by educating yourself on the features, values and benefits of the client's software solution and staying up to date on new releases and enhancement
Partner cross-functionally with growth marketing, product marketing, brand, and other teams to craft content that drives organic growth, while also educating prospects and customers about the unique features and values our software solutions
Interview Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and write content based on their knowledge and feedback
Aid in the development of Internal and External content
What you bring:
Portfolio of written work that showcases your writing and ability to create compelling product content for the high-tech marketplace (required)
At least 3 - 5 years of experience in content writing or related field
Experienced at SEO copywriting
Knowledge of the software space or a willingness to get up to speed on it quickly.
Business-to-Business (B2B) writing experience is required
SaaS experience is a plus
Strategic thinker with demonstrated ability to distill complex topics into digestible and relevant narratives
Technical writing exposure with the ability to write Marketing focused content
Self-activating and solution-oriented approach to getting work done
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
BS/BA degree in Marketing or Business Administration
