SENIOR ANDROID SW ENGINEER
As a Senior Android Engineer in the SHIELD Hub team at NVIDIA you will be part of a highly collaborative group of professionals with a passion for innovation and a strong desire to revolutionize the way millions of users interact with hardware, software and cloud services.
The hired engineer would be working on various aspects of the SHIELD Hub android app, providing key functionality to the SHIELD gaming and entertainment platform. Knowledge of Java and the Android software stack is a must.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Fluent in Java. 7 or more years of industry experience of using Java
- Experience developing Android apps is a must
- Fluency in Android stack. Understanding Android app life cycle is a must
- Experience working with libraries from Google and 3rd parties
- Experience working with a tool-chain that includes Android Studio and Perforce

SENIOR SOFTWARE ENGINEER

Candidates must be independent self-starters yet communicate crisply with the development teams they lead and interact with as well as with the stakeholders that define the vision. They also must be product focused, evaluating solutions from the perspective of how well they serve users.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Architecture skills (software design pattern)
- Cross-platform (Win/Mac/Android/Linux) programming skills (C++/C/C#)
- System-level programming (especially in multimedia frameworks)
- Web-programming HTML/CSS/Javascript/Angular JS
- Social network and UI experience desired
- 10-15 years of experience
- Education: MS or above
- Experience independently leading small teams of developers in large-scale vertical (i.e. customer facing use case) projects
