New position - Product Marketing professional who will be responsible for positioning, messaging and launching Nozomi Networks products and solutions, globally. You will interface effectively with engineering, product management, marketing, sales, customer support, channel management, channel partners, technology partners and customers. A strong technical background in cybersecurity technologies, outstanding written and verbal communication and proven product positioning skills preferred.

Responsibilities:
• Develop a deep understanding of the products as well as its integrations with an ecosystem of technology
partners with a keen ability to translate them into customer benefits and business value
• Global product positioning, competitive positioning and developing a "go-to-market" strategy
• Defining and program-managing product launches
• Defining, writing and creating product collateral including product data sheets, white papers, solution briefs,
competitive briefs and battle cards, presentations, videos, web content
• Act as a subject matter expert and evangelist for sales, sales enablement, channel enablement and marketing
activities

Prefer:
• Outstanding technical skills with experience in cybersecurity technologies is required to be able to interact at a detailed level with engineering, customers, and partners.
• Marketing aptitude and ability to communicate business benefits and outcomes from a highly technical solution
• Experience defining, developing, launching, and marketing sophisticated security products and/or applications



Your Education and Experience:
• Minimum 5 years' experience in the cybersecurity in a product marketing or product management function
• Current work experience with OT, ICS or IoT security technologies highly desirable
• Working knowledge of OT protocols and methodologies
• Working knowledge of network security protocols; knowledge of application classification and analytics technologies highly desirable
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical, problem-solving & organizational skills
Public Speaking - strong verbal communicaiton skills

About the Role:
In this opportunity as the Services Sales Executive you will:

Work should-to-shoulder with 3E Sellers and Pre-Sellers on every 3E deal cycle
Lead/assist with 3E project scoping exercises. Ensure a thorough scoping is completed to develop a comprehensive SOW, with a goal to deliver accurate, predictable, initial scoping and in clear customer expectations.
Help establish a best-in-class client experience with an emphasis on a guiding customer decision making and competitive differentiation
Educate the sellers on new services offerings or changes in existing packages
Produce an initial SOW estimate for 3E Services and iterate the estimate throughout the sales process
Develop a deep understanding of the Services product offerings, customer needs and competitive landscape
Pitch and maintain the TR Services Value Proposition (slides and messaging) to 3E prospects. Continuously evolve the message in tandem with Services team direction
Facilitate additional Services SMEs into customer conversations/scoping process as needed
Act as main liaison between Sales and Services. Maintain strong bidirectional feedback with Services team
Provide regular reporting of pipeline and forecast using Salesforce and other tools
Exceed monthly quota targets while developing and building a strong customer base

Channel Impact is hiring a Marketing Automation Manager to join our team. In this role, you will build and manage programs in marketing automation platforms for our client's partners. The ideal candidate has demonstrated experience building highly dynamic and targeted marketing automation flows as well as the ability to design and create digital content.

This is a salaried position with benefits, for a remote worker in the Central or Eastern Time Zone.

What you will be doing:

Optimize campaigns from lead generation to retention strategies. Tactics include: working with branded email templates and sign-up landing pages, drafting content, building automation flows, and setting up reporting analytics
Pre-sales/administration: partner with Sales to refine SOWs, partner requirement gathering, specification docs, and campaign flows
Ideate and design highly dynamic and targeted marketing automation flows
Collaborate with team members on design and content creation, copywriting, and/or localization
Create email campaigns throughout the customer lifecycle: welcome series, nurture series, renewal automation, win-back automations, retargeting campaigns, payment delinquency
Inbound marketing - top of funnel strategy to build brand/product awareness
Retention strategy - improve customer acquisition and retention (upsell/cross-sell) through marketing automation campaigns
Full-funnel analytics: gather data from user activity across the entire funnel and customer lifecycle, analyze and gather insight to further optimize campaigns
Behavior-based email marketing - send appropriate communications based on behavior, activities, and interests
Identify fields needed to drive better customer segmentation and lead scoring processes
Qualified lead generation and lead nurturing:
Landing page/form optimization – update form fields and provide content strategy
CRM and custom system integrations – provide insight/knowledge on tailored integrations needed from marketing automation platform to CRM
Campaign creation – identify lead sources and develop email campaigns. This includes trial automations, downloaded materials, partner sign-ups/and pushes, etc.
Ongoing management – build reports that can be re-used to fully customized dashboards to give a holistic view of the marketing efforts. Ongoing data clean-up and maintenance
Conversion rate optimization, campaign identification, optimize current campaigns, track campaign performance and tweak workflows accordingly

What you bring:

A strong understanding of marketing automation best practices
Demonstrated experience building highly dynamic and targeted marketing automation flows
Proficiency in various marketing automation platforms, such as Emarsys, Marketo, Hubspot, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud
Campaign deployment, monitoring and ongoing optimization
You work well with client stakeholders, and share information and best practices with your counterparts
You love digital marketing and the operation behind it
You are a process driven thinker and comfortable with analysis and metrics
You take ownership of the result, and can independently determine what else needs to be done and how to do it
You can make recommendations and take actions in the face of incomplete information and uncertainty
Ability to formulate analyses independently – to transform data into actionable information
Excellent project management and collaboration skills, i.e., a team player
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Undergraduate BS/BA degree or equivalent experience

• You will design and develop features that power the Komprise data management platform to manage billions of files and petabytes of data in data centers and in the cloud
• You will define component architecture, evaluate feasibility, develop for quality and robustness and optimize for performance.
• You will be part of an agile and fast paced team with direct interaction with the customers.


Qualifications
----------------
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent experience.
• A solid grasp of computer science fundamentals and especially data structures, algorithms, multi-threading.
• Solid object-oriented programming background in either Java or C++.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment to meet aggressive goals and high quality standards.
• Excellent problem solving and communication skills.
• 5+ years of experience developing software components for production use.


Desired Qualifications

• Experience with data analytics and search software such as Elasticsearch.

About the Position
We are seeking a full-time UX/UI Designer to join Komprise's product team.
With record growth in 2020 and the first half of 2021, Komprise is the industry's top multi-cloud data management-as-a-service.

Komprise's impressive customer list includes the "Who's Who" of enterprises across financial services, media
and entertainment, genomics, manufacturing and public sector.

Join Komprise to work on this groundbreaking solution that is changing how businesses manage their data.
The UX designer will work closely with the product team on high-visibility projects, producing mockups that will be
implemented in our core product and used by high-profile customers. They will be contributing to interdisciplinary
design discussions and partnering with Product Managers throughout the design lifecycle.

This position is currently remote and will have the option to remain hybrid/remote when Komprise returns to the
office.

Who we're looking for:

The UX/UI Designer should be well-rounded, with the ability see a project through from the beginning research phase,
all the way to delivering pixel-perfect mockups. They should possess UX skills (user persona definition, user journey
mapping, information architecture, interaction design) as well as UI design skills (color theory, grid layout, redlining),
with attention to detail, an overall eye for design, and a passion for usability.

The ideal candidate should thrive in a highly technical environment and pick up new concepts, technologies, and
terminology quickly. Prior technical experience in the data management sector is not required, however they must be
able to pick up new technical concepts, which will inform UX decisions.

We're looking for an outgoing, creative individual with strong people skills, who is willing to learn on the fly. They must be outspoken about advocating for the user's needs and defending their design decisions.

Roles & Responsibilities
----------------------------

* Own the UX lifecycle of their projects end-to-end: From the UX research phase, to low-fidelity wireframes,
all the way to handing off pixel-perfect mockups.

* Develop strategies and goals for design projects in collaboration with UX team and Product Management,
and work cross-functionally with engineering and stakeholders

* Approach projects with a self-starter attitude, taking ownership of your work and innovating
independently

* Balance the sense of urgency in a fast-paced startup with maintaining the quality of your designs. Be
comfortable with setting and negotiating deadlines to preserve high-quality design work

* Utilize and contribute to a growing design system, prioritizing consistent design patterns and working
closely with UX Designers to sync your design processes.

* Be comfortable speaking and presenting in front of groups of stakeholders, defending design decisions, and
taking feedback on the fly

* Be a guardian of product's UX quality, defending the user's needs to multidisciplinary stakeholders.



Requirements
-----------------

* 3 to 6 years of UX experience
* Experience designing enterprise/B2B web applications is preferred
* Experience using and adhering to a pattern library/design system
* Experience using Sketch
* Strong communication skills and a collaborative attitude

* UX-related degree or certificate are bonus points, but not required. We understand that UX Designers

We are seeking a full-time UX/UI Designer to join Komprise's product team.
With record growth in 2020 and the first half of 2021, Komprise is the industry's top multi-cloud data management-as-a-service.

and entertainment, genomics, manufacturing and public sector.

The UX designer will work closely with the product team on high-visibility projects, producing mockups that will be
implemented in our core product and used by high-profile customers. They will be contributing to interdisciplinary
design discussions and partnering with Product Managers throughout the design lifecycle.

This position is currently remote and will have the option to remain hybrid/remote when Komprise returns to the
office.

Who we're looking for:

The UX/UI Designer should be well-rounded, with the ability see a project through from the beginning research phase,
all the way to delivering pixel-perfect mockups. They should possess UX skills (user persona definition, user journey
mapping, information architecture, interaction design) as well as UI design skills (color theory, grid layout, redlining),
with attention to detail, an overall eye for design, and a passion for usability.

The ideal candidate should thrive in a highly technical environment and pick up new concepts, technologies, and
terminology quickly. Prior technical experience in the data management sector is not required, however they must be
able to pick up new technical concepts, which will inform UX decisions.

We're looking for an outgoing, creative individual with strong people skills, who is willing to learn on the fly. They must be outspoken about advocating for the user's needs and defending their design decisions.

Roles & Responsibilities
----------------------------

* Own the UX lifecycle of their projects end-to-end: From the UX research phase, to low-fidelity wireframes,
all the way to handing off pixel-perfect mockups.

* Develop strategies and goals for design projects in collaboration with UX team and Product Management,
and work cross-functionally with engineering and stakeholders

* Approach projects with a self-starter attitude, taking ownership of your work and innovating
independently

* Balance the sense of urgency in a fast-paced startup with maintaining the quality of your designs. Be
comfortable with setting and negotiating deadlines to preserve high-quality design work

* Utilize and contribute to a growing design system, prioritizing consistent design patterns and working
closely with UX Designers to sync your design processes.

* Be comfortable speaking and presenting in front of groups of stakeholders, defending design decisions, and
taking feedback on the fly

* Be a guardian of product's UX quality, defending the user's needs to multidisciplinary stakeholders.



Requirements
-----------------

* 3 to 6 years of UX experience
* Experience designing enterprise/B2B web applications is preferred
* Experience using and adhering to a pattern library/design system
* Experience using Sketch
* Strong communication skills and a collaborative attitude
* Understanding of responsive design

Education
-------------

* UX-related degree or certificate are bonus points, but not required. We understand that UX Designers
come from many paths of life and may not have UX-relevant education.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement digital marketing strategies and initiatives that drive direct business results

Analyze marketing and sales data to develop insights and make recommendation son areas for optimization to meet revenue targets

Create and execute data-driven multi-channel campaigns (lead vendors, SEM, Paid Social, website, email) that drive lead generation and fill the sales pipeline with qualified leads while monitoring and optimizing conversion rates

Track weekly, monthly and quarterly performance of campaigns – continuously optimizing program performance and quality

Track campaign ROI and influence the allocation of marketing spend based on past performance

Drive effective strategic planning, investment decisions, and budgeting processes

Work closely with the Sales team to understand lead quality and pain points to develop content that supports sales enablement

Drive brand awareness and interest in Ocient's product leveraging digital channels

Manage and improve underlying data model critical to market segmentation and information

Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in digital marketing at a B2B database, data warehouse or enterprise tech company, or within an agency setting leading demand generation campaigns or brand growth using search, social media, display banner channels, content creation and ads

Experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing databases, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns

A solid understanding of trends and tools within web analytics, search marketing, email marketing, mobile and social media

Hands-on experience in building dashboards (using programs like Tableau, Domo, Power BI) and extensive experience using Excel

Ability to juggle multiple projects, have a passion for marketing and enterprise tech, and have strong analytical skills to drive results

Experience with basic marketing calculations and terms (CAC, CPL, ROI, LTV, etc.)

Knowledge of or interest in how enterprise databases and data warehouses work

Technical knowledge regarding data models, marketing database design development, data mining and segmentation techniques

Experience in managing ad budgets where there is accountability for cost per lead and conversion metrics

Inventures Marcom Program Manager
An Inventures Marcom Program Manager provides services to Inventures alliance and association clients by supporting and interfacing with the Executive Director, Director of Communications (both Inventures team members), plus the client Board of Directors and client Committee/Working Group Chairs when needed. The Manager acts as an overall coordinator of client marcom activities and as a go-between between the client and Inventures staff who are providing other services to the client. Marketing & Communications Committee Support – Provide administration support for client committees [number of committees supported and amount of support provided will vary based on size of the client] – including:
