Encore Fellowships match seasoned professionals, who are US citizens, with 20-25+ years of work experience and nearing retirement with positions in nonprofit organizations to transition skills and learn about nonprofit work.

Positions are 1000 hours, typically part-time for a year, with a $25,000 stipend, education in the sector and networking with other Encore Fellows and hosts.

For a national nonprofit focused on providing social work services to children-SF Bay Area candidates only

Project Scope:
- Organizational Culture Development and Human Resources Management consultant with focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Stipend: $25,000 for 1000 hours, with the possibility of extension
Work Schedule: 20 hours a week for 12 months, Flexible
Work Location: 100% remote
Start Date: ASAP, Flexible
