Channel Impact is seeking a proven video editor and animator to join our creative team. You must have an appetite to create and a passion for design, film and animation, thrive in a team environment, and have a knowledge of video production and animation techniques that not only brings the message to life but does so in a meaningful way.

This is a full time, salaried position with benefits for a remote role that is open to candidates within the U.S. and Canada.

What you will do:

Create video content in support of the department's programs and services, working alongside a team of designers and videographers
Meet requirements and the desired outcomes of stakeholders
Collaborate with writers and designers to craft the story, script and treatment
Capture feedback from stakeholders and iterate with them

What you bring:

Be a phenomenal storyteller through video and animation
Have excellent design, layout, and typographic aesthetic
Iterate quickly based on partner and customer feedback
BS Degree in relevant field (Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Video Production, or similar)
Expert in Adobe Suite, specially After Effects and Premiere
Experience shooting, editing, animating, sound mixing, color grading, and publishing video content
Comfortable using video equipment: BlackMagic and Canon cameras, lens, gimbals, mics, storage, etc.
Strong project management and asset management
Proven portfolio of beautiful and effective video content
Understanding of Design Thinking
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Proficient in Webex Meetings and Team
