Encore Fellowships provide paid, transitional engagements in non-profit organizations, for those typically 50+ and considering retirement, with 20+ years experience, who wish to move to the social impact sector for their second act. Fellowships include a $25,000 stipend for 1000 hours of work, education on the sector, and networking with a cohort of peers.

Fellowship: Fund Development Fellow -- Anywhere in the US
For a Bay Area nonprofit focused on improving the learning experience for students of color

Project Scope:
-- Organize large-scale fundraising initiatives
-- Work with board members
-- Manage the annual fundraising event
-- Build relationships with donors
-- Manage digital marketing campaigns
-- Candidate must have an understanding of fundraising landscape in the Bay Area

Stipend: $25,000 for 1000 hours, with the possibility of conversion to staff role
Work Schedule: 20 hours a week for 6 to 12 months, Flexible
Work Location: Mostly remote
Start Date: January 3, 2022; Flexible
