Encore Fellowships match seasoned professionals, who are US citizens, with 20-25+ years of work experience and nearing retirement with positions in nonprofit organizations to transition skills and learn about nonprofit work.
Positions are 1000 hours, typically part-time for a year, with a $25,000 stipend, education in the sector and networking with other Encore Fellows and hosts.
Fellowship: PRODUCT MANAGEMENT FELLOW -- Candidates in California only
For a SF Bay Area nonprofit focused on financial inclusion.
Project Scope:
-- Manage complete lifecycle of product development from design to implementation to product release
-- Manage desktop and mobile application development
-- Candidate must have solid product management experience including that in mobile applications development.
Stipend: $25,000 for 1000 hours, with the possibility of conversion to staff role
Work Schedule: 20 to 40 hours a week for 6 to 12 months, Flexible
Work Location: 100% remote
Start Date: ASAP, Flexible
