Encore Fellowships match those with 20+ years experience, US citizens, nearing or in retirement, and wanting to transition their skills part-time, to the nonprofit sector. Matches are made through interviews with the host organization. Fellows receive a $25,000 stipend, education, and networking for 1000 hours of work.

The following positions are available for anyone located anywhere in US with the right skills, 100% remote

1) Salesforce Administrator For a Bay Area nonprofit focused on reducing isolation for older adults.
Project Scope:

-- Manage all Salesforce Admin functions including updating layouts, reports, dashboards, fields
-- Handle requests for changes to the Salesforce system
-- Implement Salesforce Admin processes (mass emails, donation requests, event management) required in a nonprofit organization

Stipend: $25,000 for 1000 hours, with the possibility of extension
Work Schedule: 20 hours a week for 12 months, Flexible
Work Location: 100% remote
Start Date: ASAP, Flexible

2) HR generalist
For a national nonprofit focused on providing STEM programs to kids

Project Scope:
-- Provide support for recruitment and onboarding
-- Manage HR processes and employee handbook
-- Revise internal HR policies, procedures, and practices to ensure compliance
-- Knowledge of state employment laws (e.g. California) preferred.

Stipend: $25,000 for 1000 hours, with the possibility of extension
Work Schedule: 20 hours a week for 12 months, Flexible
Work Location: 100% remote
Start Date: January 2022, Flexible

3) Program and Partner Manager
For a national nonprofit focused on reducing isolation for older adults.

Project Scope:
-- Manage programs and training managers
-- Manage dozens of partner relationships simultaneously
-- Must be extremely well organized and have excellent communication skills

Stipend: $25,000 for 1000 hours, with the possibility of conversion to staff role
Work Schedule: 20 hours a week for 12 months, Flexible
Work Location: 100% remote
Start Date: Jan 2022, Flexible
