The Sage Group is looking for a Global Partner Portal LMS Manager to work for a leading virtualization company in Palo Alto. This person will be responsible for managing cross-functional and cross-organizational teams to define, build and rollout innovative technology and business process solutions related to training and learning management systems that increase efficiencies, improve customer satisfaction, and drive revenue.

Responsibilities Include
Develop and implement strategic web LMS project plan to meet business goals of the organization and play integral role in strategic planning process; ensure integration with corporate based tools and portals.
Drive the requirements of critical LMS and eLearning projects using PM tools and methodologies to ensure on time, on budget delivery, including project budget, forecast, change management, risk, etc.
Manage global teams on site and in remote locations and time zones, and conduct regularly scheduled in-person meetings / demonstrations with key stakeholders of the business for the purpose of reviewing progress as well as identifying new project needs.
Assist with development of web metrics, analytics, reporting dashboards and scorecards related to user activities and transactions.
Build and execute annual development roadmaps for the LMS and eLearning platforms and programs, which can adapt and support business needs, including best practice platform services, user experience, CRM and social technologies.
Skills Required
5 to 8+ years of web portal technology/strategy experience
Proven track record of successfully implementing robust, enterprise level web projects
Experience in managing global, cross-functional teams
Excellent oral and written communication skills; able to develop and communicate a compelling vision and direction with the web portal team by aligning best practices with real world solution mapping
Skills Preferred
Experience in web LMS and eLearning, CRM, and social strategy
MBA
