[KITlist-Tech] Salesforce Developer / Architect (Silicon Valley, CA)

Architect and Developer to oversee the design and development of a Start up Company´s CRM system. This system is based on Salesforce with integrations to ERP, Support and Partner portals, and other proprietary databases. The ideal candidate will help shape and deliver a robust system that scales with Company´s growth and providing solutions that integrate the functions of Sales, Marketing, Support, Operations, Finance and Development. Salary $140-160k annually DOE.

Description:

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with Support, Operations, Engineering, Sales and Finance teams to gather and document application requirements.
- Develop functional specification describing the data flows and user interfaces of the solution.
- Evaluate App Exchange solutions for possible fit.
- Define, document and present for review an architecture/design solution integrating the new application into the existing infrastructure.
- Scope project implementation phases and prepare development schedule, provide regular status updates.
- Develop comprehensive test plan.
- Develop application, verify with automated and ad-hoc testing: Deliver quality code quickly.
- Develop/perform training and roll out system to production.
- Provide admin/development support for existing SFDC implementation.

Required Skills:
- Excellent Salesforce Administrator skills.
- 5+ years solving complex problems using Apex, VisualForce, SOQL and SQL.
- 5+ years experience with JavaScript, Ajax, JQuery, Java/C, HTML, CSS and/or scripting (Python/Perl/bash).
- Experience with Support processes, Sales and Marketing operations and ERP systems.
- Administration skills for both Windows and Linux preferred.
- Excellent writing and oral communication skills.
