Title: Instructional Designer/Trainer (Oracle R12)
Duration: 6 mos+
Location: San Jose, CA

Tasks:

-Work with internal team to create the training materials.
- Create and work with the trainers to make sure that the team understands the training that has been created.
-Attend all necessary meetings of team and network with SMEs to gain knowledge of current project deliverables.
-Creation of web based training and process flows (both internal and external) for the new user R12 training required for all track, and any incremental needs that should arise as a result of scope creep, and/or miscellaneous items not previously thought of by the tracks.
- Create project plan that will outline each training and when it will be completed
- Work with the team to post internal training
- Work with key stakeholders/SMEs to gather content for creation of training
- Conduct review cycles with key stakeholders/SMEs before publishing content
- Working with the team, to review external training content and post training for external audiences

Required Skills/Qualifications:
1. 5-7 years of instructional system design and training experience for a technical organization.
2. Experience working with New User Oracle R12 Training Track 7 and Track 2 .
3. Working in a fast-paced team environment with tight deadlines is necessary. Must be able to pull together a deliverable training presentation.
4. Superior technical and business writing skills.
5. Strong communications, analytical and organizational skills.
6. Able to work both independently and in a team environment.
7. Quick learner who pays attention to detail and is able to listen and follow directions.
