Training Delivery and Curriculum Development Manager (Palo Alto, CA)
We are looking for a Training Delivery and Curriculum Development Manager for a contract to FTE role at a fast growing well funded startup company, in Palo Alto, CA. The Training Delivery and Curriculum Development manager will be responsible developing technical training materials and being the instructor for product training classes. The role is approximately 50% training instructor and 50% content development.
This is a 40 hours per week; 3 months contract to FTE role onsite at the client's offices in Palo Alto, CA. This is a W-2 role as a Stage 4 Solutions' employee.
Responsibilities:
• Deliver training sessions to partners and customers
• Design and develop product technical training classes for vertical markets
• Generate metrics for training effectiveness through feedback and assessments
Requirements:
• 3-5 years of proven experience in developing and delivering enterprise software product training
• Strong experience in using content development and training delivery tools
• Ability to translate technical concepts and product features into business examples and use cases
• Experience with CRM, CX or analytical software is a huge plus
• Experience with programming, XML, HTML, CSS is desirable
• Capable of working independently as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to function in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with competing priorities and tight deadlines.
• Bachelor's Degree
• Ability to travel 25% of the time - Domestic and International
