POSITION – SAS Modeler

DURATION – 6 months +

LOCATION – San Jose, CA

Job Description

• 5+ years of professional experience developing and deploying models.
• Develop various analytical models using a variety of data sources, including some big data, using SAS.
• Models will be used to help allocate marketing investments, quantify impact of past marketing efforts, and determine size of IT budgets.
• Documentation of all process and SAS code is required.
• SAS programmer/modeler should have advanced training in a variety of statistical techniques, e.g., predictive modeling, forecasting, optimization
• Extensive knowledge manipulating, cleansing, aggregating, and compiling analytical data is required. Knowledge of SAS STAT, ETS, OR is also required.
• Ability to effectively communicate with business and technical professionals is required.
• Matlab / Mathematica programming experience desirable.
• Local candidates only.
