We have an immediate opening for a Technical Support Specialist. In this highly visible role, you will have a direct impact on customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
* Respond to customer inquiries, including telephone help desk, email, online messaging.
* Manage incident tracking.
* Diagnose and troubleshoot customer problems.
* Create and manage training and educational material, including help manual, FAQs, and videos.
* Develop and manage support procedures.
* Conduct user training.
* Serve as an expert on the Q Point Green Data Exchange (GDX) system.
* Provide feedback on product features.
* Support QC in new product releases.
Required Skills Qualifications:
* BS/BA degree.
* Exceptional problem solving ability.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Fluency in Mandarin required.
* Exceptional customer service skills.
* Ability to take initiate and act independently.
* 1+ years of experience in industry.
* Knowledge of environmental regulations, such as RoHS, REACH, and Conflict Minerals is a plus.
Compensation:
* $15-$25/hr DOE
* Part-time and full-time positions available
