Product Management for MCU and SoC products within the Business Management function

· Manage the portion of product lifecycle from sample availability to production

o Understand products and their promotion strategy and drive though sales team.

o Coordinate development of collateral

o Auto Tools/Software management (registration, pricing, forecasting, etc)

o Manage product launches and drive associated PR, web, ecosystem activities

o Track customers/program status, and related product/software/tools deliveries.

o Pricing management (pricing table control)

o Develop reports on state of promotion and business success and margins

· Manage the portion of solution lifecycle from availability to off-shelf sales

o Coordinate development of collateral

o Manage solution launches and drive associated PR, web, ecosystem activities

· Support Extended Automotive Business (interface to Sales Unit for product info, pricing, collateral, queries and first line technical support). Single point of contact to SU for Extended Auto for MCU and SoC.

· Manage Auto unique tools marketing (co-ordinate requirements, Part Numbers, Pricing, Forecast etc)



Required Skills/Experience

· At least BSEE or equivalent

· Strong technical skills

· Strong interpersonal and team-working skills

· Attention to detail and follow-up



Desired Skills/Experience

· 2 years' experience in Silicon industry

· Business background/experience to complement technical skills



· Experience in other MCU/SoC companies

· Experience in Sales rep organizations

· Circuit level engineers within Tier 1 or OEM

· New MBA Graduate with Engineering undergraduate
