Position Description:
You will be a part of our R & D team and will be responsible for operating and maintaining TEL P12 XL and Accrotech APM90 Probers, for the purposes of conducting tests on new and existing product designs at our Santa Clara office. The person will also be required to work on electromechanical technician tasks as required.

Primary responsibilities:
• Set up as well as maintain wafer probe test equipment that tests electrical properties of circuits on semiconductor wafers.
• Create test procedures, conduct testing and collect data. .
• Post processing of tests, including data review, analysis and reporting.

Other responsibilities:
• Assist Advanced Technology groups with test development and analysis.
• Perform troubleshooting/ maintenance on test equipment as needed.
• Coordinate multisite and outside testing as needed.

Qualifications:
• AA Degree in Electronics or Mechanical Technology, or related work experience.
• Semiconductor Capital Equipment experience required.
• 5-10 years hands-on experience working with wafer probe equipment in a test environment.
• Experience with wiring, soldering and the ability to read electronic schematics.
• Experience with computers and Microsoft Office software. Strong experience with Excel and data programs is a plus. PLC programming a plus.
• Team player with an ability to work in a multidisciplinary environment.
• Must have demonstrated ability for good mechanical and electrical capability
• Ability to assemble and maintain micro connectors a plus.CAD experience a plus.
