Title: Visual Designer
Location: San Jose, CA
Contract: 3+months (renewed quarterly)

Cisco is looking for a Visual Designer to work with a virtual team focused on building a common user experience across multiple collaboration products. In this position you will work closely with other visual designers, interaction designers, user researchers, usability engineers, product managers, and engineers to define the user experience and visual design of Ciscos products.

Responsibilities include:
* Identify visual user interface requirements and define design approach
* Create conceptual design and suggest product direction based on field research and visual requirements
* Create guidelines and design language for collaboration products that express the Cisco brand
* Develop visual design prototypes ranging from comps to interactive mock-ups
* Develop visual interface specifications
* Assist visual designers in projects
* Work with user researchers to design and observe field/usability studies
* Work with interaction designers to integrate visual and interaction design
