The Sage Group is looking for a Data Analyst to support our client���s Technical Account Manager (TAM) team. As part of the larger Global Technology Solutions (GTS) organization, the Data Analyst will own the design and development of GTS reporting, data analysis, data quality improvements and operations support, in support of the GTS organization and the community of over 200 worldwideTechnical Account Managers(TAM) across AMER, EMEA and APJ. He/she will also own identification and deployment of new process and tool improvements to improve data quality and end user efficiency.

Responsibilities:
� Develop the quarterly TAM Customer Intelligence dashboard report.The report correlates data from the entire Field TAM organization, representing more than 700 different customer accounts, with insight on customer and technology adoption trends.
� Participate in worldwide TAM community forums, to share best practices, business opportunities,and to provide on-going support and guidance to TAMs on technical, delivery, and operational issues.
� Develop,drive and execute the WW TAM Program customer survey process.
� Work collaboratively across the GTS organization, Finance, IT and Operations to share critical knowledge and to determine efficiency improvements.
� Build and maintain the confidence of colleagues, managers, and customers.

Skills Required:
� Experience driving requirements gathering,new process development, process re- engineering, and new system implementations.
� Proven track record of planning and managing large, multi-person, multi-line of business programs for internal and external customers.
� Experience with modern services deployment methodologies, with strong emphasis on installation, configuration, and integration of complex software solutions into IT infrastructure, custom software development,software and hardware architecture, and infrastructure design and development
� Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage competing organizational demands
� Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
� Demonstrated ability to document methodologies and best practices as guides to other consultants
� Experience designing and implementing ad hoc reporting via Oracle OBIEE, Salesforce.com and Microsoft Excel.
� Familiarity withMicrosoft Office products
� B.S./B.A./M.S.degree or requisite professional experience

Location: Peninsula

Timing: 40 hrs/week 6-12 months
