We are looking for a seasoned Product Program Manager contractor for a global high technology company in the networking monitoring space. The Product Program Manager will own the new SaaS networking monitoring solution launch management process. The Product Program Manager will be responsible for understanding the solution features and capabilities and working very closely with a broad range of marketing teams to ensure all requirements (documents, marketing collateral, release notes, sales and partner training, etc) are in place for a successful launch.

This is an ongoing need (set up as quarterly contracts), 40 hours per week role onsite at the client's offices in San Jose, CA. This is a w-2 role as a Stage 4 Solutions' employee.

Responsibilities
• Manage complex product launch activities for the Product Management team and coordinate with the overall marketing organization to ensure all all documents and tasks are ready for solution launch.
• Develop product launch plan and lead interdepartmental teams from Marketing, Operations, Engineering, and other organizations in plan execution
• Understand new solution features and capabilities and articulate them to members of the broad marketing organization
• Conduct frequent team and status meetings and reports status and tracking support to management and executives.
• Address escalation requests from partners and ensure timely delivery of corrective action and response to partners.

Requirements:
• 5-10+ years experience in managing complex corporate projects
• Experience with projects involving product launch, marketing programs / campaigns, product development lifecycle management
• Experience in SaaS, networking or telecommunications services industries
• Strong coordination, multi-tasking and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent written and spoken interpersonal communication skills
• BS Degree, technical degree preferred
