Job Description :

Wind River is looking for an experienced GNU toolchain engineer to develop, maintain and improve the GNU toolchain collection on a full-time basis. Most notable areas of focus will be:

GCC
GNU Binary utilities
C libraries
GDB

Candidate will work on a variety of embedded targets supporting Linux and VxWorks operating systems.

Required Background:

- Bachelor���s degree in Computer Science or related technical area.
- Experience developing and maintaining GCC or GDB for one or more architectures in a commercial environment.
- Experience maintaining GNU tools by back porting features and fixes
- 7+ years of toolchain development experience
- Proven track record of successfully working with a geographically distributed team environment
- Experience working with embedded Linux environment would be a plus
