Title: Audience Experience Manager
Location: San Jose, CA
Contract: 6+months (renewed quarterly)

Job Summary This position is responsible for be the expert, recommending, coordinating, partnering on and/or managing the delivery of Bureau client messages through the most appropriate channel or medium. This includes internal meeting events, videos and social media.

Primary Responsibilities: Be expert on and advise client and Account Management team on best channel(s) to deliver messages based on client business objectives and budget (if applicable).
X Manage planning meetings for internal events or video projects with virtual team members that include: Bureau (AM, CD), client team (EA or Chief of Staff) and production lead. Sets up meetings, owns agenda, leads sessions and takes/distributes notes. Ensures all virtual team members are in sync and aligned to deliver a positive event experience.
X Relationship manager for key internal partners such as Digital and Social Marketing
X Establish and improve upon best practices and repeatable process for coordinating, facilitating or managing the audience experience
X Create and deliver surveys, including resulting metrics reports, that measure impact of communication on an audience.
X Video production for Telepresence video only
Skills Required X Strong working knowledge of the benefits, use, and coordination of communications media, tools and services
X Frontline, tactical program and project management on behalf of client.
X Event pre- and post-production coordination and partner engagement.
X Event Engagement lead, partnering with other shared services.
X Deep understanding of client preferences and client use of communication vehicles.
X Conducts client audience analysis
X Ability to work independently and as part of an extended team, often virtually.
X A strong client service orientation and executive presence is critical. Resourceful, self-starter, solution-oriented.
X Ability to juggle multiple projects concurrently and stay on-track.
X Capable of survey creation, data management and presentation creation.
X Ability to adapt and perform in a rapidly changing environment.
X Thrives in an environment with a variety of tasks and team interactions

Prior Experience Needed: Bachelors degree in communications, production, or events
2-4 years of internal / external communication, production, or event management experience
Track record of client orientation/satisfaction with executives and account teams
Social media knowledge and experience recommending appropriate technologies to amplify message.
Key Interfaces: Bureau Management and peers, Digital and Social Marketing
Client Teams including Executives
