Title: IT Analyst
Location: San Jose, CA
Duration: 12+ months (Quarterly renewal)

The client is looking for a junior to mid-level IT analyst who understands web technologies, such as:
- portal technologies
- apps server technologies as well as
- IBM websphere technologies)

This resource will be responsible for entering errors on the logs, updating and tracking the logs, determining where the error belongs (to which team), forwarding on the error logs to the appropriate team/s to work through the log. Following through for status updates on resolution of the errors; components are registered, changes are communicated to clients and that logs are followed up on.

Day to day activities:
- Will be working with various teams for maintaining and updating logs
- Revolve around error log maintenance, communication and tracking.
- The team maintains a log of errors that are generated as a function of the work they do.

Required:
- Degree & 2+ years of related experience
- Must understand Unix Commands
- Excellent communications and presentation skills
