* Lead hardware project development on new technologies for commercial applications

Essential Qualifications:
* BSEE or BS in related field
* Minimum 8 years related work experience
* Commercial and enterprise system design experience
* Able to mentor more junior members of the team, provide accurate input for project estimation
* Electrical design skills with FPGA´s, Microcontrollers, Analog Circuits and Data Converters, expert at board and system level debug and test
* Expert at using common lab equipment including digital oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, DVM, etc.
* Able to work collaboratively on multi discipline R&D projects (thermal, power, compliance and software)
* Experience generating quality documentation to support their work from system specifications to ECOs
* Strong written and verbal skills

Collaborating with stakeholders to understand the ideas that need to be applied to a wide variety of web projects, including products/solutions launches
Designing and executing a web strategy to transform stakeholder ideas into a successful customer experience that are in alignment with client standards
Having worked effectively on web marketing teams for technology companies
Being able to divide tasks between different team members
Driving and leading discussions around digital strategy
Experience working on multiple projects at once and the resilience to respond quickly in a fast paced environment

High energy optimistic attitude and proactive and professional communication
The ability to wear many hats and embrace a variety or work assignments
The ideal candidate should have the following skills:
MS SharePoint

Job Activities & Responsibilities:
Partner with marcoms, product marketers and other web team members to produce successful launches and other web projects
Collaborate with stakeholders and set web strategy and integration plans
Participate in setting timelines for implementation of digital strategy
Work with design and content/editing resources to develop page mock-ups to hand-off to web developer
Obtain and analyze web metrics to create presentations for measurement of programs and make strong recommendations based on those metrics
Ensure that best practices for web user experience are applied to launches
Ensure that Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and site search best practices are applied to launches
Continuously assist in refining web best practices, processes and procedures for web launches
Assist in the on-boarding process for new digital strategists
Required / Preferred:
BA/BS degree preferred and a minimum of 5 years of related experience in determining digital strategy

Required Skills/Experience:
•Experience with build/releasing software on a large scale, complex J2EE SOA environment
•Excellent Unix background; Unix/Linux administration experience a plus
•Working knowledge of SCM (software config management) best practices and applications deployed in a SOA environment
•5 + years of unix experience
•Proficiency in more than one scripting languages (ie. unix shell scripting, Perl, Ruby, and/or Python)
•Knowledge of Apache, Tomcat is a Must
•Experience with automated builds, deployments, or troubleshooting to multiple QA environments as well as Production Support (once every 4-5 weeks).
•Experience with Continuous Integration and related tools (ie. Cruise Control, Hudson)
•Experience with various source control tools (ie. SVN, Git, CVS)
•Working knowledge of complex SOA environments involving load balancer, firewalls, webservers, application servers, databases, routers/switches- Knowledge of Oracle database and PL/SQL a plus
•Web Application (Java) Trouble Shooting
•Excellent analytical, problem solving skills, and attention to detail; production support experience
•Ability to lead others and manage complex technical projects/tasks at a detail level in a fast paced environment
•Strong written and verbal communication skills and experienced with working effectively

Seeking a talented front-end developer that loves bringing great designs to fruition with standards compliant HTML and CSS.
If you're interested in working with a small tightly-knit group that is passionate about great web experiences and appreciates the intricacies of outstanding front-end code, then this is the job for you!
You should love all aspect of front-end development and constantly be reading up on the newest techniques and optimizations and be willing to share them with the rest of the team.
"Good enough" doesn't cut it for us. That's why we are looking for front-end developers with these qualities:
- Ability to work in a team environment, from making pixel perfect sites that meet the design requirements to integrating code with the back-end development team
- Appropriate use of hooks in HTML to limit the amount of classes and ID's
- Deep understanding of CSS inheritance and how to use it to your advantage
- Always weed out extraneous markup
- A good ideology for managing maintainable, scalable and cross-browser code across large sites
- Familiar with source control principles and comfortable with Subversion
- In-depth knowledge of IE quirks and how to address them
- Experience working with jQuery, advanced JavaScript skills a big bonus
- Utilize CSS3 while maintaining fallback for browsers that don't support it
- Comfortable with HTML5
