Job Title Business Analyst

Duties

- Collaborate with a cross-functional team(s) to identify the systems needs of assigned customer group(s) and the software packages and systems platforms to meet those needs.
- Provide input to project planning and management support to ensure project completion on time and within budget.
- Develop documentation, training and other materials as needed by customers.
- Actively participate with customer groups in the planning for longer-term systems enhancements.
- May perform other related duties as required and/or assigned.
- This position interacts with all levels of internal customers.
- That interaction requires excellent oral communication and customer service skills in identifying business needs and facilitating the implementation of technical solutions.
- Effectiveness in this role also requires thorough working knowledge of the customer's operations, company systems and the ability to identify opportunities for new or improved systemization.
- The incumbent works on problems of diverse scope and moderate to high complexity where analysis of data requires a review of identifiable factors.
- Exercises judgment within generally defined procedures.
- The incumbent normally receives minimal instruction on routine work and general instruction on new assignments.

Skills
- Functional Experience and Technical knowledge in modules including Materials Management (MM), Inventory Management (IM), Batch Management (BM), Production Planning (PP/PP-PI).
- Working knowledge in Sales & Distribution (SD), Customer Service (CS) a plus.

Education
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration or a related discipline required.

Location:- San Ramon/Foster City/ Mountain View
Duration:- 6-7+ Months
