Need a strong wireless test engineer for the router software verification. Familiarity with 802.11ac, 802.11a/b/g/n, Wireless LAN (WLAN), Wireless LAN (WLAN) switching/access point is expected. Automated testing experience is preferred.
Strong working knowledge of networking (TCP/IP) and wireless (802.11 a/b/g/n)
- Hands on experience with Linux and Windows XP/Win7 Operating Systems
- Experience with traffic test tools/Wireless test tools/Sniffers like Ixia Chariot, iPerf, Airopeek/Wireshark
- Familiar with test automation using TCL or Perl or Python.
- Previous experience with WiFi certification programs is a plus
- Experience in developing test plans/test cases based on the requirements
- Strong logical and creative problem-solving skills
- Must be a flexible self-starter who can ramp up with new technologies quickly
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Contract Duration - 9 months to 1 year +
