� Self-motivated and hands-on person with a desire to elevate Interra's solutions and solve customers' problems.
� Strong interpersonal and presentation skills with an oral/written fluency in English

The Sr. Marketing Database Management Manager will be responsible will work with global counterparts in Marketing, IT, Sales and Sales Operations, as well as data vendors and contractors, to optimize the quality, integrity and availability of customer and prospect data to feed and accelerate marketing and sales revenue programs. The ideal candidate is a hands-on senior individual contributor who can see the big picture and effectively take projects from concept to implementation, while working effectively across multiple disciplines and regions.

This is a 40 hours per week, one year project (potential contract to perm opportunity), working onsite at the client's offices in Redwood City, CA. This is a W-2 role as a Stage 4 Solutions' employee.
Responsibilities:
� Develop and implement the global marketing database strategy with the goal of improving demand generation across multiple routes to market (global, regional and vertical marketing efforts)
o Manage prospect and customer data within the global marketing automation platform (Marketo) according to marketing principles and best practices:
o Manage data flows in and out of the system (including integration with SFDC)
o Develop and maintain ongoing data quality and hygiene processes
� Lead efforts to standardize and normalize customer and prospect data collected in multiple systems and across multiple points in the sales cycle
� Manage efforts to acquire external data that will enrich the database based on various go-to-market segmentation requirements
� Serve as the company�s contact data acquisition best-practice consultant, developing and managing relationships with global vendors and contractors
� Serve as global marketing�s data privacy compliance officer: audit, approve and manage the ongoing use of customer and prospect data across marketing activities and initiatives
� Train and motivate worldwide marketing teams to improve the adoption of best practices in data management and segmentation
� Work hand-in-hand with the global marketing reporting and infrastructure lead on the optimization of the marketing database for demand generation program execution and analysis of marketing�s revenue contribution

Requirements:
� 8-10 years� experience in global B2B marketing data management / demand generation environment, including 2-4 years of experience with Marketing Automation tools
� Hands-on experience with Marketo and Saleforce.com is highly desired
� Track record of success in planning and executing data improvement strategies to meet demand generation and revenue goals
� Ideal candidate will be flexible and have the ability to think/act strategically as well as roll up their sleeves and work as an individual contributor to meet goals
� Proven technical, analytical and quantitative skills coupled with effective communication skills
� Extensive experience in working with sales, sales operations, marketing, and IT teams in developing and implementing processes, business requirements, and systems
� Expertise with Microsoft Office applications, relational databases, and marketing data management tools and principles
� Bachelor�s Degree required; MBA or Masters in a technical field is preferred
