OTM seeking a Senior Visual Designer for long term project (1+ year) for stable/public/growing client company. Pay rate competitive and negotiable DOE.

Job Description:
Client Company is looking for a Senior Visual Designer to join the UX project team focused on Interaction Design for Network based products. In this position you will work closely with interaction designers, user researchers, usability engineers, product managers, and engineers to define the user experience and visual design of Client Company's products.
Responsibilities include:
� Define visual design principles and language for wireless, network and cloud products.
� Identify visual user interface requirements and define design approach
� Create conceptual design and suggest product direction based on field research and visual requirements
� Create guidelines and design language for communications products that express the Company's brand
� Develop visual design prototypes ranging from comps to interactive mock-ups
� Develop visual interface specifications
� Work with user researchers to design and observe field studies
� Work with usability engineers to design and observer usability studies
� Work with interaction designers to integrate visual and interaction design
� Work closely with engineers to deliver the final product
� Facilitate project communication across a multidisciplinary team through all phases of projects
Qualifications:
� 7+ years of experience designing user interfaces for applications
� Bachelors or Master's degree in Graphics Design, Industrial Design, Communication Arts, Fine Art or related field
� Excellent time-management and prioritization skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task across projects
� Self-starter that is able to work both independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams
� Ability to develop new approaches to complex design problems and to convey these designs in the form of comps and design specifications
� Must communicate clearly and effectively
� Command of leading design software applications, e.g., PhotoShop, Illustrator, etc.
� Experience designing networking applications is a plus
