Responsibilities:
�Drive and manage Corporate product strategy for solution and platform offerings
�Develop and manage Corporate solution positioning, go-to-market strategy, launch plans, market analysis, and adoption plans
�Produce deliverables as needed such as requirements, use cases, business cases, roadmaps, presentations to internal and external audiences
�Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive solution strategy and take through decision gates
�Work independently to develop product strategy, business models, and prioritize requirements including strategy business cases, roadmap and release features
�Understands market solutions and develops strategies and positioning to differentiate Corporate solutions Required Skills/Capabilities
�Subject matter expertise in applying all elements of product management life-cycle activities (cradle to grave), including roadmaps, features prioritization, go-to-market, launch, transition, or end-of-life
�8+ years as a Product Manager
�Understanding/knowledge/experience in Enterprise social software/collaboration platforms, from companies such as Jive, Collaborate, Liferay, IBM, MSFT, SFDC (not CRM).
�Technical depth, understanding and experience in positioning vertical SaaS applications, web-based distributed applications, and asynchronous/synchronous collaboration tools
�Ability to think strategically and execute tactically to deliver results
�Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills
�Able to work with diverse teams to drive and provide leadership and guidance to cross-functional teams
�Familiarity with software engineering processes, tools and agile methodologies
�Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills
�Super stakeholder management and diplomacy skills
Desired Skills/Capabilities:
�Extensive knowledge and experience with bringing SaaS applications to market
�BS or equivalent plus 5 years experience
