Thrasys Software Engineer

Thrasys, Inc. is looking for talented, energetic and creative software developers to join our small but growing engineering team.

We are developing SaaS/Cloud enterprise software for the largest sector of the US economy (a 3 trillion dollar market) in the health care market and are pioneering a number of innovations in how enterprise software is built, delivered, customized and maintained. We are well funded, have channel partnerships with some of the largest companies in the world, have a worldwide base of customers, and are profitable. Our management team has a proven track record of entrepreneurial and operational success.

The Thrasys care management applications are delivered as customizable XML services built on the J2EE platform, using a very sophisticated rich internet application front-end. Our application and platform architecture represents the leading edge in enterprise software. We are currently launching a series of solutions that target the health care market. These solutions are already licensed by market leaders in this industry.

As a key contributor, you will develop, and deploy our innovative software to include custom configurations/solutions, new features and building next generation applications for care teams. You will be working on all aspects of the software from front-end (Silverlight/C#/HTML/JavaScript) to back end (core Java). The engineering team is experienced, and our processes are thorough without being bureaucratic.

Requirements:
We have multiple openings and can accommodate mid to principal level expertise.
Years of experience, depth of technical contribution/involvement and level of responsibility to date will dictate position level and title.
We are a Java, XML environment, but we are more interested in attracting "smart�, creative and accomplished professionals vs. rigid requirements such as specified years of experience or technology specific languages or tools.
The ideal candidate would have experience in the development and delivery of enterprise software as a commercial application with both back and front end development experience/involvement
The ideal candidate will be able to design and implement new functionality based on high level requirements.
The ideal candidate would prefer a small company, small team, collaborative environment with high visibility and a wider area of responsibility.
BSCS or equivalent required.
MSCS or equivalent highly desired.
