The Web Manager will own, lead and manage the existing corporate website and several portals/intranets, as well as the expansion of localized international sites. Requires a leading-edge web professional too strategically and hands-on design, develop, upgrade and maintain the company's web presence along with responsibility for ongoing maintenance. Proven track record with innovative user experience, functionality, and dynamic content as well as online demand and lead generation components.
Must Have:
•6 plus years of successful generalist B2B web management experience for high technology solutions, markets, audiences, prospects and customers
•Extensive web project management skills for corporate web presence across solutions, services and partner sites. Responsibility for localized International sites as well
•Ability to provide day to day leadership and management of all areas of the internal and external web environments
•Ability to write clean SEO-friendly code, working knowledge of Drupal
•Commitment to research and review emerging technologies, services, and products to enhance the web experience, and make recommendations as to their applicability to specific project requirements
•Proven track record optimizing and implementing CMS, marketing automation, and additional tools
•Web "passion", solid working knowledge of current Internet technologies, including solid Web 2.0, and moderate SEO/SEM, Communities, Social Media and HTML
•Capability to apply web; standards, branding, messaging, content and design elements
•Expertise with web analytics, reporting, ROI, etc. and ongoing performance and results optimization
•Ability to provide overall user experience guidance, recommendations, and refinements
•Strong leadership, interpersonal, presentation, written and verbal communication skills
Strongly Prefer:
•Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Marketing, Communications and/or Internet/Digital Media coursework/certifications
•Mobile and web applications expertise
•Practiced with User-Centered Design (UCD), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Social Media Tools, and/or Portal Technologies
•Working knowledge of salesforce.com, email campaign management, and/or lead generation management
•Online Marketing experience
•Multimedia proficiency
•Google advertising
•E-commerce for SaaS a plus
•Knowledge of PHP
• Knowledge of Russian is a plus
