[KITlist-Tech] Senior Computer Scientist, Dreamweaver (San Francisco, CA)

The Dreamweaver team is looking for an experienced, highly-motivated engineer with exceptional architectural and development skills as well as a passion for creating great software on the Windows and Macintosh platforms. This person will work closely with a team of similarly outstanding individuals dedicated to building a world class tool for web development professionals.
Responsibilities
This person will help shape the long term architectural vision of Dreamweaver, review new feature architecture, define best practices for coding, help the team adhere to those best practices, and collaborate with other teams across Adobe to create and build cross-product technologies.
Requirements
• BS/BA
• At least 10 years programming experience
• Proficient in C++ and object oriented design
• Develops effective, maintainable code on time
• Experience in designing or re-architecting large, complex systems
• Ability to analyze and optimize code for performance and memory
usage
• Experience with MFC
• Experience with Visual Studio and/or XCode
• Proficient on both Mac and Windows
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Strong ambition and drive
• Ability to think creatively and abstractly
• Extremely proactive and detail oriented
• Worked on at least one shrink-wrap desktop application.
• Understands consumer software requirements for ease-of-use

• Passionate about quality and focused on understanding the customer
• Promotes an open and positive attitude for the team
• Experience with JavaScript, AJAX a plus
• Experience with Flex, AS a plus
• Experience with HTML and CSS design and authoring a plus
• Experience with Multithreading / Multiprocessing a plus
• Experience with complex third party integrations a plus
• Experience with Service-oriented architecture a plus
• Experience with SCRUM a plus
