Project Manager needed for long term (1+year) project at Client Company. Client is stable, public.

There is a Web 2.0 Platform implementation for a Client´s social media product. This platform has been in production for 2+ years and is currently going through a period where the are focusing on increasing adoption. A key component of this plan is to target certain business processes and support their transition to collaborative technologies via a consultative approach. The Technologies team is responsible for overall adoption and change management for the implementation. Our team is seeking an experienced consultant with a passion for finding strategic solutions to clients´ business challenges. A key differentiator for the Consulting practice is our focus on business process transformation through collaboration technologies. Because of the broad need for our services, consultants play a key role in either in stand-alone projects, or partnering with other client organizations.

Specific responsibilities include:

Leading complex interviews and discussions with Clients
Managing meetings effectively and efficiently
Running projects from start-to-finish and driving team to deliver to plan (scope, quality and time)
Leading the development of new solutions and methodologies
Proposing solutions using Collaboration Technologies and validating hypotheses
Testing insight and recommendations with clients and leadership
Simplifying difficult situations, models and issues to create structured actions
Coaching others to deliver quality results and sharing best practices
Developing client relationships
Qualifications (must have / must be):

3 -5 years in consulting
Experience delivering change management methodologies on engagements
Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem solving skills
Ability to lead small teams, motivate others, communicate complex ideas clearly and work collaboratively with clients and colleagues
Highly structured and conceptual yet creative in problem solving
Experience managing work streams and/or project teams
Solid understanding of current consulting industry dynamics and trends
Ability to mentor and train Consultants on consulting best practices
Passion for collaboration and social technologies
Excellent writing, communication and presentation skills
Strong leadership, motivational and organizational skills
Strong (executive) presence with good relationship building and interpersonal skills
Strong personal and professional values
BS/BA required
Cap Gemini Consulting Experience (plus)
