Job Title: - Technical Support Engineer 3 (2 positions)
Job description:-
- As a Technical Support Engineer you provide technical support for diagnosing, reproducing, and fixing software and hardware issues.
- You will troubleshoot protocols running on hardware to assist customer with problem isolation and resolution.
- To be successful in this role, you must be a motivated self-starter and self-learner, possess strong customer service and technical problem solving skills; and be someone who embraces challenges.
Essential Functions: Technical Support Engineers assist customers by providing a range of technical support including:
- Resolve Warranty customer problems via the telephone, the web or Auto support.
- Research customer issues in a timely manner and follow up directly with the customer with recommendations and action plans.
- Strong core experience in either Windows or Unix. Candidate with preferred experience in virtualization.
Location:- RTP, NC
Duration:- 5+ Months & 1+ Year
Hire Details:
M-F, 7:00 am - 4:00 pm and/or
F-S, 7.00 am- 8.00 pm
