[KITlist-Tech] From Sue: Job Search and Networking tips from the Experts

Hello Everyone,

Since many people on the KIT List ask me for advice on the latest job trends and strategies -- and because I see smart people make some common but serious mistakes -- I've started a TV series where you can hear straight from the experts on the key areas of job search and career management.

The show is called “Get That Job!” and it airs on a local station, KMVT.

The shows are also up on YouTube for easy access:

Job Hunting Tips and Traps (Part 1):
http://budurl.com/KITtv1
Effective Job Networking:   http://budurl.com/KITtv2

You can find future shows any time by doing a Google search using "KMVT KIT List Sue Connelly" as search terms.

Please share this with your friends, too, since we’re doing this series to not only help you and our KIT List community, but to help all job seekers be more effective in their search.

This note on YouTube is exactly the reason why we are doing this series!

“Awesome, helpful, useful information you, Christine, and John provided. After viewing your video, "Get That Job...Job Hunting Tips Part One," I modified my resume and cover letter, and, well, 4 weeks letter, received a job offer that best meets my qualifications and needs, plus most importantly, that I am passionate about. Many thanks!!!! So excited to start 2012 gainfully employed with a fantastic company. Thank you!"

These shows are for anyone who is looking for a job, and stay tuned for the upcoming shows! Your friends are welcome to join the KIT List to sign up for job emails, too.

Warmly,

Sue
