Position: HP QC Analyst / QA Analyst (extremely proficient in HP QC - not just ´used´ it for testing)
Pay rate: DOE
Start date: 6/04/2012
Duration: 5+ Months
Location: San Francisco

Description:
• This position will provide HP Quality Center support for Client´s PLM Project in the September Major Release. This resource will work closely with the Test Lead and update project plans, test cases, and scheduled dates. This is a hands on role.
Skill set required:
• Expertise knowledge in uploading test plans into HP Quality Center
• Able to create test sets and input planned execution dates in Test Lab
• Proficient with reporting and fields in Quality Center
• Execute status reports, design/modify existing reports and dashboard.
• Provide ongoing support including adding users, assigning roles tied to LAN IDs and resetting passwords.
• Upload test scripts and components into QC for testing based on release milestone dates utilizing MS Excel/Word and SAP Solution Manager / TAO.
• Provide metric for testing against requirements in QC
• Maintain common structure for all projects including user fields, filters, views and drop down lists.
• Log, track and update defects, users and assignments
• Audit project to ensure client´s QA standards are followed and enforced
• Able to work under time sensitive deadlines to meet all gates for testing
• Able to take direction and work with multiple teams in different time zones
• Provide support for 3 full cycles of testing from June through Sept 2012.
