Position Description
Design, implement, test, and maintain Autonomous Solution´s ODOA/Perception products to meet client needs and advance robotics technologies. Mobius software engineers participate in the full life cycle of software and/or hardware development and help determine project architecture and requirements.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Work with a team of software engineers to add functionality, improve, and upgrade ODOA/Perception software product applications
Write understandable C, C++, C# code
Write detailed technical specifications for new features
Maintain and extend developer documentation
Work with customers (on-site and off-site) to ensure end product meets expectations
Write unit-level tests and assist in specifying and creating integration tests

Desired Skills & Experience
Required Education and Work Experience:
Bachelor or Master´s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field
3+ years of industry experience preferred
Good written and verbal communication skills
Able to work effectively in both independent, team, and multiple team situations
Required Skills:
C, C++ experience
Understand multi-threading concepts and safety
Understanding of geometry, trigonometry, matrix transforms, and general linear algebra
Proficient with MS Visual Studio®
TCP and UDP protocols
Linux proficiency
Excellent troubleshooting skills, techniques, and detail-oriented problem diagnosis
Preferred Skills:
Image processing
Experience with LIDAR, radar, stereo vision, and other detection sensors and algorithms
GUI development
Serial protocols
C#
Embedded programming
Eclipse development
Experience with planning algorithms such as A*, etc
